In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately processing incoming and outgoing shipments — including creating domestic parcel shipping labels, freight bills of lading, and international shipment documentation — while maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring products are packaged and handled safely to meet quality standards. Key Responsibilities Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment in accordance with company procedures Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments for accuracy and damage Create domestic parcel shipment labels (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Prepare freight shipment Bills of Lading

∙Prepare and process international shipment documents Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks, forklifts if certified) Barcode and scan inventory to maintain accurate records Clean and prepare instruments per company standards Perform deliveries and pick-ups of instruments as needed — must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable record. Label, wrap, box, and palletize products to meet shipping and handling standards, including any special handling for scientific/laboratory materials Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight, etc.) for pickups and deliveries Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all warehouse, shipping, receiving, order processing tasks Keep warehouse, service are and shipping areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety protocols Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory as needed Report discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to the Supervisor Keeping warehouse, work areas and the facility clean Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics role preferred Valid driver's license required

∙Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. repetitively and stand/walk for extended periods Basic computer skills; experience with inventory or shipping software a plus Forklift certification desired (or willingness to obtain)

∙Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to travel locally for deliveries and pick-ups

Pay:

$17.75 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
