This role requires the ability to work quickly and safely to handle, scan, and organize customer materials in a warehouse environment. This position is initially temporary with strong potential to convert to full-time for dedicated, reliable team members who show up every day and perform well. Must be willing to commit to the schedule on a long-term basis (minimum 3 months) and have reliable transportation to get to work each day. Responsibilities Handle and review files/documents to locate key fields of information Scan or enter file information into a handheld mobile device, laptop, or scanning machine Accurately relocate and place files/documents into the newly assigned carton or location Keep product and inventory well-organized using strong attention to detail Anticipate problems, catch errors, and take action to complete tasks accurately and on time Search for, read, and scan documents to refile them into the correct box or location in proper order Sit for long periods while filing and refiling documents Regularly lift and carry items weighing 35-40 lbs, sometimes at shoulder height Use basic tools including box cutters, tape guns/dispensers, and staplers Required attire Safety shoes / Safety-toed boots are
