$26.00 - $30.00 / hour Description As a Production Control Material Handler , you will manage material flow in our manufacturing floor and engineering cleanrooms. Collaborate with production control coordinators, planners and schedulers to prioritize tasks, oversee materials requiring external processing, and support in logistics coordination. Additionally, the role involves reporting on work in process, rework/repair orders, and addressing production issues. Responsibilities Move materials, parts, assemblies, and hardware between work centers, inventory locations, and production areas. Support timely movement of hardware through manufacturing operations and coordinate transfer of completed assemblies to downstream operations. Stage materials for upcoming production work orders and deliver kits to manufacturing areas based on production priorities. Support kit verification, replenishment, and return of excess or unused materials to inventory. Perform inventory transactions in ERP/MES systems and maintain accurate material location records. Support inventory audits, cycle counts, and physical inventory activities. Replenish lineside and point‑of‑use inventory, respond to urgent material requests, and help identify missing or misplaced materials. Maintain organized inventory storage locations and ensure proper material identification and labeling. Identify opportunities to improve material flow and warehouse efficiency, support new process implementations, and participate in inventory accuracy and material control initiatives. Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED is required 2+ years of demonstrated experience in manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, inventory, or material handling environments. Preferred Skills and Experience Associate's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business, Supply Chain, or a closely related field. Proficient in operating forklifts and other related inventory equipment. Experience with serialized/lot-controlled inventory, production control, and planning. Proficiency in the MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, and Word, is essential. Experience handling high-tech electronic products and materials sensitive to electrostatic discharge (ESD). A solid understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP), planning principles, and related reporting tools. Experience working with Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems is necessary. The ability to interact effectively with internal customers from various departments is necessary. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional disciplines, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to drive positive outcomes in ill-defined problems or processes

Flexibility to work various shifts including overtime and weekends as needed to meet critical deadlines Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and perform physical activities including lifting, standing, climbing, bending, and walking for up to 75% of the shift time Compensation bands are determined by role, level, location, and alignment with market data. Individual level and base pay is determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on job-related skills, education, experience, technical capabilities and internal equity.
