JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking four experienced, dependable, and bilingual Senior Warehouse Associates to join our team in Rialto, California. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in warehouse operations, 3PL logistics, employee training, and material handling equipment. This position requires hands-on involvement in daily warehouse activities, including picking, packing, receiving, inbound operations, tally, quality assurance, and inventory management. The Senior Warehouse Associate will work closely with warehouse supervisors and leads to ensure daily operations run efficiently, safely, and accurately while assisting with employee onboarding and training.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate with warehouse supervisors and leads to coordinate daily activities and delegate tasks when needed. Conduct daily warehouse inspections to identify safety hazards, unusual activity, trash, debris, and other potential concerns. Assist with onboarding and training new warehouse employees. Perform daily duties within assigned departments, including Picking, Packing, Inbound, Tally, and Quality Assurance (QA). Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas, ensuring they are free of broken pallets, debris, and shrink wrap. Regularly inspect warehouse equipment, tools, and machinery and coordinate general maintenance when necessary. Work alongside the warehouse team to ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time. Assist with receiving, sorting, inventory verification, and cycle counting. Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently. Utilize PDA scanners, shipping computers, and warehouse systems to process and track inventory. Support warehouse productivity while maintaining established quality and safety standards. Follow all company policies, warehouse procedures, and safety regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Bilingual English and Spanish required. Must be able to read, write, and speak both languages fluently. Minimum of 1-2 years of warehouse experience required. Minimum of 1 year of employee training experience required. Minimum of 1 year of experience operating warehouse equipment, including Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, Bendi, Turret, and Electric Pallet Jack (EPJ). Knowledge and experience in 3PL warehouse operations, including Inbound, Receiving, Sorting, Tally, and Cycle Counting. Ability to operate computers, PDA scanning technology, and shipping systems. Strong data entry and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with warehouse teams and leadership. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Must be dependable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including one weekend day.
