We are currently hiring experienced Sr. Warehouse Associates for multiple departments in a fast-paced 3PL distribution center in Rialto.

Available Departments & Start Times:

Packing Team

• 7:30 AM | $23/hr Shipping Team
• 8:15 AM | $23/hr Picking Team
• 9:15 AM | $23/hr Picking Team
• 4:00 PM | $24/hr Inbound Team
• 4:00 PM | $24/hr Positions are full-time and follow a flexible 4+1 schedule, which may include one weekend day.

This is a hands-on warehouse position for someone who has experience working in a 3PL environment and is comfortable supporting daily operations, training associates, coordinating tasks, and working closely with warehouse leadership. Responsibilities will vary depending on the department and may include order picking and scanning, replenishment, staging, packing and quality checks, shipping verification and loading coordination, receiving, unloading, sorting, labeling, put-away, and inventory-related data entry.

Requirements:

Bilingual English/Spanish

• must be able to read, write, speak, and provide work instructions in both languages 1-2 years of warehouse experience, including 3PL experience At least 1 year of onboarding, peer training, or team-support experience Experience using computers, PDA/RF scanners, and warehouse/shipping systems At least 1 year of equipment experience such as Cherry Picker, Sit-Down Forklift, Bendi, Turret, or EPJ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
