Free Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently. Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, order pulling, and material-handling activities. Load and unload trucks as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Follow company policies and OSHA safety requirements. Complete required paperwork accurately and on time. Meet established productivity and quality standards. Work effectively with supervisors, team leads, and coworkers to meet operational goals. Perform other warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience required, or 1 year of warehouse experience with our company. Previous pick & pack experience is required. Good reading, basic math, and written communication skills. Ability to follow instructions, manage time, and complete assigned tasks within deadlines. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for approximately 8 hours per day. Ability to frequently bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and reach. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 100 lbs. Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
