Full Job Description Position Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing daily order packing, product assembly, and assisting with material handling and storage under the guidance of the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor. The core objective is to support the daily warehouse operations, ensuring a smooth flow of materials, accurate order processing, and strict adherence to company safety policies. Key Responsibilities and Tasks 1. Order Fulfillment and Packing (Accuracy, Timeliness) Efficiently and accurately pack daily orders, ensuring secure packaging that meets company shipping standards, and that the order contents and quantities are correct. Assist forklift operators in safely transporting packed goods to the shipping area and help verify that outbound goods match the orders to minimize error rates. When needed, assist forklift operators in loading goods onto customers' vehicles, providing necessary help to ensure the safety and accuracy of the loading process. 2. Product Assembly and Maintenance (Quality, Efficiency) Responsible for preparing upright products for assembly. Accurately and efficiently assemble uprights according to operating guidelines, ensuring product quality, structural stability, and compliance with company quality standards. After assembly is complete, pack the finished products and move them to the designated area. 3. Warehouse Management and Team Collaboration (Cooperation, Efficiency) Actively participate in the daily organization, cleaning, and maintenance of the warehouse, keeping storage areas, aisles, and work areas exceptionally tidy and orderly. Assist with inventory count tasks, ensuring high consistency between physical stock and system records to reduce inventory error rates. Maintain effective and clear communication with the Warehouse Manager, forklift operators, and other team members to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Follow work assignments and schedules from supervisors and actively cooperate with the team to complete various tasks. Daily, wear company-provided personal protective equipment (safety vest and steel-toed boots) as required by the company, and wear the company uniform. 4. Safety Regulations (Life First, Zero Tolerance) Unconditionally comply with the company's "Warehouse Safety Policy," all safety regulations, traffic signs, and warning signs. In the work area, be highly vigilant of forklifts and other vehicles, always maintain a safe distance from forklifts, and yield to them. Do not stand under the elevated parts of a forklift, regardless of whether it is loaded. Do not use prescription or non-prescription drugs that may affect safety in any way. Do not use cell phones or engage in horseplay in the warehouse. Do not stand or walk under a load, or jump off docks or other elevated surfaces. 5. Work Discipline Adhere to all company regulations, work procedures, and the specific details outlined in the Employee Handbook.

Requirements Education:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Experience with daily order packing and product assembly is a plus. Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is a plus.

Skills:

Strong safety awareness, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Possess basic tool usage and upright assembly experience. Able to accurately understand work instructions and shipping/receiving documents.

Physical Requirements:

Able to withstand physical labor in a warehouse environment, including prolonged standing, sitting, bending, and lifting (occasionally with assistance for moving or adjusting goods). Good vision and hearing are required to work safely in the warehouse environment. Work Environment & Conditions Primarily works in a warehouse environment, potentially exposed to noise, dust, and temperature variations (maybe cold in winter, hot in summer). Requires frequent operation of Propane forklifts and Pallet Jacks and may involve moving in confined spaces. May require overtime or shift work based on business needs. Performance Metrics Damage rate of goods (extremely low). Accuracy rate of order packing and shipping (extremely high). Work efficiency and speed of task completion. Quality and efficiency of upright assembly. Cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse area.
