Job Description

Refrigerant Coupling Systems (RCS) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to assist with daily warehouse operations. This position will primarily support order picking and fulfillment, shipping and receiving, inventory organization, and general warehouse operations. RCS is a growing, grassroots company that is continuing to expand its team and operations. For the right person, this position has the potential to develop into an Operations Lead role as our team and operations continue to grow. We are looking for someone dependable, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate takes ownership of their work and looks for ways to make things more efficient. Schedule Monday-Friday Hours may vary based on workload and order volume Responsibilities Accurately pick parts and products for customer orders Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy Pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment Receive and unload incoming shipments Verify incoming products and quantities against packing slips Stock and organize inventory in designated warehouse locations Assist with inventory counts and identify discrepancies Maintain a clean and organized warehouse Load and unload products and materials as needed Safely operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment Operate a forklift as needed if trained and authorized Help develop and improve warehouse organization and operational processes as the company grows Assist with other warehouse and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, manufacturing, construction, or similar experience is preferred Forklift experience is preferred but not required Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow instructions Dependable and punctual Ability to stay organized and manage tasks independently Comfortable performing physical work throughout the day Basic computer skills Ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to improving processes as the company grows Growth Opportunity As RCS continues to grow, a successful team member may have the opportunity to take ownership of larger areas of warehouse and company operations, help establish processes and procedures, train or oversee future team members, and advance into an Operations Lead position. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry, and move products throughout the workday Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and follow established safety procedures
Pay:
$22.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
