We serve Sacramento, Placer, and El Dorado Counties and are growing quickly — which is why we're expanding our warehouse team. About the Role This isn't just a lifting-and-moving position. We're looking for someone who wants to grow into a bigger role over time — eventually taking on purchasing, vendor relationships, and warehouse leadership. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments from suppliers: inspect, label, and place stock in the correct bins Pick and prepare orders for shipping, including urgent same-day requests Perform scheduled and spot inventory counts with accurate SKU tracking Log inbound and outbound materials in our WMS/ERP systems (JobTread, Zoho, ClickUp) Process receiving and issuing documentation, including write-offs and stock adjustments Follow

FIFO/LIFO

principles for storage and order fulfillment Requirements Comfortable working on a computer for daily tasks and digital paperwork Good physical condition — able to lift, carry, and move materials regularly Basic knowledge of construction materials Prior construction industry experience is a plus Russian language proficiency Basic English proficiency Reliable, responsible, and punctual What Will Make You a Great Fit Attention to detail and accuracy — a small counting or SKU error creates real discrepancies in inventory and financial records Honesty and integrity — this role handles physical inventory and financial documentation, so trustworthiness matters Strong organization and time management — able to prioritize when receiving, an urgent shipment, and a scheduled count all land at once Initiative and willingness to learn — interest in taking on adjacent responsibilities like ordering materials and working with vendors Working knowledge of warehouse logistics — receiving procedures, labeling, bin placement, FIFO/LIFO, and order prep Quick to pick up new systems — comfortable learning platforms like JobTread, Zoho, and ClickUp Leadership potential — ready to take ownership and grow into managing part of the warehouse operation
