Job Overview Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Worker, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse operations. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, supporting inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, and overall warehouse distribution. You'll be instrumental in maintaining accurate stock levels, preparing shipments, and providing excellent customer service through precise data entry and effective communication. Responsibilities Manage inventory using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels accurately. Assist with order picking and packing, ensuring timely and correct fulfillment of customer orders. Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload shipments. Prepare shipments by packaging products securely and verifying shipping & receiving details in compliance with trade regulations and international trade standards. Maintain precise records through data entry into ERP systems like AS400 or similar platforms, supporting logistics and order fulfillment processes. Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing stock, stocking shelves, and ensuring optimal storage practices. Collaborate with team members to streamline warehouse operations, improve efficiency, and uphold safety standards. Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred; familiarity with warehouse operations enhances your ability to succeed in this role. Proficiency in using inventory management software and ERP systems. Basic math skills are essential for accurate counting, measurements, and calculations related to stocking and order picking. Experience operating forklifts or pallet jacks is a plus; certification is preferred but not mandatory if willing to obtain training. Strong data entry skills combined with customer service experience help ensure smooth communication across departments and with clients. Knowledge of shipping logistics, trade compliance, international trade regulations, and packaging best practices will set you apart as an ideal candidate.
