Full-time Job Description Full Steam Staffing is hiring dependable and motivated Material Handlers to join our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you will be responsible for moving, stocking, staging, and tracking raw materials and finished goods to keep operations flowing smoothly and safely.

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, transport, and stage raw materials, parts, and finished products throughout the facilitySafely operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and RF scanning devicesVerify incoming and outgoing shipments against packing slips, work orders, and manifestsStock production lines and work cells with necessary inventory to prevent manufacturing downtimeWrap, band, label, and prep pallets for shipment or storageKeep aisles, storage bays, and material handling areas organized, clean, and free of hazardsFollow all company safety standards, OSHA rules, and standard operating procedures

1: 00 PM (Afternoon / Evening shift)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in material handling, warehouse logistics, or shipping and receiving preferredAbility to operate pallet jacks and RF scanners (forklift experience is a plus)Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for the full shiftHigh attention to detail, basic math skills, and strong organizational abilityReliable transportation and punctual attendance record
