Full Job Description About Us:

Our commitment to excellence and sustainability drives us to continuously improve our processes and products. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to support our warehouse operations as part of a work-study position.
Position Overview:
The Warehouse Work-Study Student Assistant supports daily warehouse operations, including inventory handling, order preparation, and general organization. This role provides practical work experience while accommodating a student's academic schedule. The student will work closely with the warehouse team to help ensure the efficient handling, storage, and distribution of seeds.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in receiving, inspecting, and storing incoming seed shipments. Help maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks. Support the picking, packing, and shipping of orders to customers. Participate in warehouse organization and cleanliness initiatives. Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency. Learn and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program at a community college or university (e.g., Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, Business, etc.). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move heavy items as required. Interest in the seed industry and warehouse operations.
Schedule:
Flexible hours based on class schedule; approximately 16-20 hours per week, in accordance with work-study guidelines.
