This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, physical work in a structured but team-oriented warehouse environment. Responsibilities Operate wire-cutting machines to process wire from small to very large gauges Measure, cut, and prepare wire accurately according to job requirements Move and organize wire reels and materials throughout the warehouse Perform wire paralleling and other wire preparation tasks Operate a forklift (training may be provided) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company guidelines Use a computer for basic data entry and job-related tasks Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members Follow directions and complete tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Qualifications Previous warehouse, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience preferred Comfortable performing physically demanding work throughout the day Ability to stand, walk, lift, and move materials for extended periods Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high-value materials Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Comfortable working in a structured environment with high expectations Ability to stay organized and maintain a clean work area Basic computer skills required Forklift experience Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and conditions Must be willing to learn and adapt to new processes
