The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, shipping and receiving processes, and equipment operation such as forklifts and reach trucks. This role plays a vital part in supporting our global customer base and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage warehouse distribution activities, including shipping, receiving, and order picking Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to move and organize stock safely and efficiently Utilize warehouse management systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and stock management Perform order fulfillment tasks such as picking, packing, and labeling products for shipment Stock shelves accurately using proper inventory procedures; ensure proper placement of items for easy retrieval Load and unload trucks efficiently while adhering to safety protocols Maintain accurate records of inventory movements using MRP systems and other tools Assist with packaging processes for global orders, ensuring quality standards are met Support overall warehouse operations by adhering to safety guidelines and maintaining a clean work environment Skills Proven experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or related roles Ability to operate forklift, reach truck, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely Familiarity with warehouse management systems RF scanners, and MRP software Strong understanding of order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, stock replenishment, and inventory control Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and data entry accuracy Experience with logistics and packaging procedures is preferred Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and documentation Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Multitasking capabilities This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic semiconductor industry supplier team while developing your skills in material processing operations.
