From custom team apparel to bulk corporate orders, we pride ourselves on quick turnarounds and high-quality work. Our warehouse and shipping team is the engine that keeps orders moving out the door on time — we're looking for someone who thrives in a busy, deadline-driven environment. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments of blank apparel, ink, thread, and other production materials Pick, pack, and prepare finished orders (screen-printed and embroidered goods) for shipment Accurately match orders to packing slips, invoices, and customer specs before they go out Load and unload delivery trucks; operate a forklift or pallet jack as needed Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse, including blank goods storage and finished-goods staging areas Track inventory levels and flag low stock or discrepancies to the production/purchasing team Print shipping labels and coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight) for outbound orders Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safety-compliant Support production floor with material moves during high-volume periods Other warehouse duties as assigned What We're Looking For Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse, or logistics (3+ years preferred) Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment Basic computer skills; comfortable learning inventory/order management software Forklift experience or certification a plus (willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail — order accuracy matters, especially with custom/personalized goods Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stay on your feet for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and a team player High school diploma or equivalent Experience in apparel, printing, or a production/manufacturing setting is a plus, but not required
Pay:
$28.00 - $35.00 per hour
