Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM-6:00

PM Pay:

$23-$25/hour based on experience What You'll Do Move, receive, and organize materials throughout the warehouse or production area Load and unload shipments and prepare orders for delivery Pick, pack, label, and stage products Support production and assembly operations Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and production standards Use scanners, warehouse equipment, and basic computer systems as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of warehouse, manufacturing, production, assembly, or material handling experience preferred Warehouse candidates must have electric pallet jack OR stand-up forklift experience Production candidates with assembly, quality inspection, testing, or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply Electronics, computer hardware, PCBA, or technical manufacturing experience is a plus, not required Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Able to lift up to 40 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Reliable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Basic computer skills preferred Balance Staffing is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
