We are looking for a dependable, organized, and versatile team member who enjoys both hands-on work and working with customers. This position is approximately 50% warehouse and order fulfillment and 50% office, e-commerce, and customer service, although the balance may vary depending on daily business needs. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who likes variety and can move comfortably between packing a fragile order, operating warehouse equipment, answering a customer's question, updating an online product listing, and helping keep daily operations organized. What You'll Do Warehouse and Order Fulfillment Pick, inspect, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment Handle fragile and high-value glass products carefully and accurately Safely operate a warehouse cherry picker/order picker to retrieve and store merchandise Follow all equipment-training and warehouse-safety procedures Create shipping labels and prepare packages for FedEx, freight, or pallet delivery Receive incoming merchandise and verify quantities and product condition Organize products, supplies, and packaging materials Assist with inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies Photograph and document damaged products or shipping issues Help process returns and replacement shipments Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Administration Respond professionally to customer questions by phone, email, and online channels Assist customers with product information, order placement, availability, shipping updates, returns, and basic custom-order inquiries Process and monitor online, phone, and wholesale orders Follow up on customer inquiries and help turn product interest into completed sales Use QuickBooks to create and update customer records, orders, invoices, payments, and related financial documents Help keep information consistent between QuickBooks, the e-commerce website, and internal records Update product descriptions, pricing, photos, inventory, and availability on the company website as assigned Help coordinate promotions, discounts, and other e-commerce activities Maintain accurate customer, order, and shipping records Assist with quotes, invoices, order documents, data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks Work with the rest of the team to resolve customer and fulfillment issues quickly What We're Looking For Working knowledge of QuickBooks Experience operating a warehouse cherry picker/order picker, or the ability and willingness to complete required training and certification Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Friendly, professional written and verbal communication A customer-first attitude and confidence helping customers by phone and email Solid computer skills, including email, web-based systems, spreadsheets, and data entry Ability to learn product details and explain them clearly to customers Good organization and time-management skills Comfort switching between physical warehouse work and computer-based office tasks Dependability, initiative, and willingness to help wherever needed Ability to work independently while also contributing to a small team Careful handling of fragile merchandise Previous experience in e-commerce, customer service, order processing, administration, retail, shipping, or warehouse operations is strongly preferred. Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform is a plus.
