Contract Hourly Rate:
$25/hr to $30/hr Position Summary Responsible for coordinating domestic and international shipments, processing orders, preparing shipping documentation, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring compliance with company shipping procedures. Key Responsibilities- Coordinate parcel and freight shipments using carriers and freight forwarders.
- Create shipping labels, bills of lading, commercial invoices, and export documentation.
- Review backlog and prioritize orders based on customer requirements and ship dates.
- Process order fulfillment transactions in ERP systems such as NetSuite.
- Coordinate carrier pickups.
- Investigate and resolve shipping exceptions, delays, and delivery issues.
- Support dangerous goods and international shipments in compliance with applicable regulations.
- Maintain shipping records and provide tracking information to internal stakeholders.
- Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of FedEx, UPS, DHL, LTL, and freight forwarding processes.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
