Job Description

The Material Handler II at Digital Dynamics Inc. supports manufacturing operations by receiving, storing, moving, and issuing materials while ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. This role works independently to manage material flow between the warehouse and production, including staging materials for work orders, delivering materials to production areas, and processing inventory transactions in the ERP system. The Material Handler II performs receiving activities by verifying incoming materials, recording inventory, and identifying discrepancies. This role also supports inventory control by participating in cycle counts and resolving routine inventory issues. In addition, this position maintains organized and safe warehouse operations, follows material handling and safety procedures, and ensures proper handling of materials, including ESD compliance when applicable. The Material Handler II may assist in training new team members and serves as a resource for standard materials handling processes. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. 2-5 years of experience in a warehouse, materials handling, or manufacturing environment. Experience with inventory transactions and ERP systems (e.g., SYSPRO or similar) . Ability to read and interpret work orders and inventory documentation . Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications Experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing environments . Familiarity with ESD handling requirements . Experience with cycle counts or inventory control processes . Forklift certification or experience with material handling equipment.
