Order Picker Pay Rate:
$21.50 per hour
Schedule:
Wednesday-Sunday:
9:30 AM - 6:00
PM Days Off:
Monday & Tuesday Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate / Order Picker to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for order picking, inventory handling, product returns, documentation, and general warehouse maintenance. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using RF scanners and manual material-handling equipment. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Use RF scanners (wrist-mounted and/or handheld) to accurately pick products in individual unit quantities. Pick and process customer orders with a high level of accuracy. Operate manual pallet jacks to move products throughout the warehouse. Transport boxes, totes, and small equipment using hand carts and manual pallet jacks. Stack, organize, and secure loads using straps or tie-downs for safe handling and movement. Complete required documentation and audits as directed. Return products from coffee house locations back into warehouse inventory. Assist with inventory organization and product put-away activities. Perform moderate warehouse cleaning duties, including interior and exterior areas. Support warehouse operations in various departments as needed and directed by management. Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures. Qualifications Previous warehouse, order picking, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred. Experience using RF scanners preferred. Ability to safely operate a manual pallet jack. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift throughout the shift. Ability to push, pull, and maneuver loaded pallet jacks and carts. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment.
