Overview We are a plumbing wholesale company looking for a reliable, friendly, and detail oriented Warehouse & Counter sales associate to join our team. This position warehouse, janitorial duties, customer service, and back up driver Responsibilities Greet and assist customers at the sales counter in a friendly and professional manner. Answer customer questions and help identify plumbing products and materials based on their needs. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment by sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash, dusting shelves, and sanitizing high-touch areas. Assist with organizing inventory, restocking shelves, and keeping warehouse stock accurate and easy to locate. Keep the warehouse, sales floor, and work areas organized, clean, and clutter-free. Pick and pull materials accurately according to packing slips and customer orders. Verify incoming and outgoing orders for accuracy. Safely load, secure, transport, and unload products for deliveries and pickups. Follow all company policies and procedures, as well as applicable traffic, workplace, and safety regulations.
