This is a hands-on, physical job for someone who takes pride in keeping the yard running and the loads going out right. What You'll Do Sort, organize, and stage materials throughout the yard and warehouse Operate a tablet and basic software to process transactions Assist customers at drop-off and answer basic questions Load and unload trucks and trailers Strap and secure loads safely for transport Operate a forklift as needed Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized What You Need Ability to perform manual labor throughout the shift — lifting, bending, standing, working outdoors in all weather Comfortable using a tablet and basic software Comfortable dealing with the public in a friendly, professional manner Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Nice to Have Forklift experience or certification Prior recycling center or warehouse experience Bilingual (English/Spanish) Full-time position with consistent hours.
