Job Summary We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Associates to join dynamic logistics teams. In these roles, you will be responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse tasks. Duties Assist with inventory management using warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock levels and ensure accuracy. Prepare orders by picking, packing, and labeling products according to specifications, utilizing order pickers and pallet jacks. Load and unload shipments safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Maintain accurate data entry in ERP systems such as AS400 or similar platforms for order processing and stock updates. Support shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, preparing shipping documents, and ensuring compliance with trade regulations. Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies to uphold inventory integrity. Ensure proper packaging of goods for shipment, including labeling and documentation in accordance with international trade regulations when necessary. Assist with warehouse organization by stocking shelves, arranging pallets, and maintaining a clean workspace. Collaborate with customer service teams to address order inquiries or issues promptly. Support warehouse distribution activities by optimizing workflow processes for efficiency. Requirements Previous experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in warehouse operations and distribution processes. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating weights or quantities accurately. Ability to operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment, forklift preferred. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and external partners.
