We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing NUNET home appliance and lifestyle product lines. We are looking for a reliable, multi-talented team member to help with daily warehouse fulfillment and light media production.

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce Operations:

Amazon/Walmart/Tiktok/Ebay platform order processing, picking, packing, FNSKU labeling, and preparing shipments for Amazon(FBA), Walmart(WFS), Tiktok(FBT) warehouses and direct-to-consumer channels.

• Maintain inventory in platforms and share important information with the team.
• Operate various heavy equipments including forklifts, pallet jacks by following safety protocols

• Customer Service:

  Receiving shipments, returns and recording and reporting quality issues. Replying to emails from customers and handling parts/product replacements with AI assistants.
• Experience in operating small appliances or electronics is a big plus.
• Content Creation (Huge Plus): Shooting short-form product videos, unboxing /demonstration/repairing clips for TikTok Shop, Amazon product pages, and social media marketing.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping, or e-commerce fulfillment environment.
• Comfortable handling physical warehouse tasks (lifting boxes, organizing inventory).
• Experience with smartphone or digital camera video shooting/content creation is a major plus!
• Detail-oriented, punctual, and a team player.
