Job Duties Process inbound air freight and transit warehouse receiving.

Maintain CFS cage inventory control.

Process outbound shipments and assist with truckload dispatching.

Complete Worldport and System Matrix data entry.

Scan freight and shipment documents for accurate tracking.

Create and print FedEx shipping labels.

Follow applicable U.S. airport security and cargo-handling requirements.

Complete quality control reports and resolve shipment discrepancies.

Verify freight, labels, paperwork, and shipment information.

Communicate with drivers, warehouse personnel, and management.

Follow all safety, security, and company procedures.

Qualifications:

Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified.

Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Previous warehouse, CFS, air freight, or logistics experience preferred

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.

Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance.

Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred.

Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment.

Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.

Individuals who demonstrate adaptability, professionalism, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn are well positioned for success as a
