RV Technician/Warehouse Associate Job Summary:
The RV Technician Associate supports the RV Technician in the inspection, maintenance, and repair of recreational vehicles and trailers. This role also assists with unit preparation, warehouse operations, and trailer delivery to ensure all units meet company quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist RV Technicians with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on RVs and trailers Perform basic service tasks including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work under supervision Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDI) to ensure units are fully operational and road-ready Help troubleshoot issues and identify necessary repairs Prepare units for customer pickup, including cleaning, system checks, and final readiness Support trailer delivery and departure processes, including staging, hitching, and safety inspections Move pallets, parts, and equipment using pallet jacks, forklifts, or manual labor Assist with loading/unloading shipments and organizing inventory Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and general facility upkeep Ensure proper storage of parts, tools, and materials Keep shop, yard, and work areas clean and organized Follow all safety procedures and company standards Document work performed and communicate with technicians or management
Qualifications:
Basic mechanical aptitude (RV, automotive, or trailer experience preferred) Ability to safely use hand and power tools Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts (preferred, not required) Willingness to learn RV systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) Valid driver's license (required) Ability to tow or willingness to learn trailer towing (preferred) Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Preferred Skills (Not Required): RV or automotive service experience Familiarity with 12V/120V electrical systems Warehouse or inventory experience Customer service or delivery experience
Work Environment:
Shop, warehouse, and outdoor yard environment Exposure to weather conditions, tools, heavy equipment, and mechanical systems
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour
