WHAT YOU WILL DO

Receive inbound shipments and verify product counts and condition Pick, pack, and prepare customer and retail orders for shipment with accuracy Label cartons and coordinate outbound shipments with carriers (FedEx, UPS, LTL, etc.) Maintain organized inventory storage and support cycle counting activities Update inventory movements through scanning, documentation, and warehouse systems Process returns and assist with restocking as needed Keep warehouse areas clean, safe, and operating efficiently Identify and communicate discrepancies or operational issues promptly Follow all safety standards and established warehouse procedures

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Basic comfort using computers, scanners, or warehouse tools Reliable, punctual, and able to follow operational processes and safety standards

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or logistics experience Experience with inventory management systems or WMS platforms Familiarity with parcel and freight shipping processes Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain) Hazmat certification Experience working in a startup or high-growth warehouse environment

Pay:

$22.00 per hour
