Forklift experience, computer and WMS skills, strong Mandarin communication skills, and basic working English are required. This is a hands-on warehouse position. Responsibilities Receive shipments, verify SKUs and quantities, and organize goods in assigned storage locations. Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process receiving, shipping, and inventory transactions. Print shipping labels and complete picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation. Safely operate a forklift and assist with loading, unloading, and moving inventory. Conduct inventory counts and promptly report and follow up on discrepancies. Communicate with drivers and coworkers and maintain clear shipment handoffs. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe. Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time. Required Qualifications Strong Mandarin communication skills and basic English sufficient to communicate with drivers and understand routine warehouse documents. Prior hands-on forklift operating experience. Proficiency with computers and WMS, including receiving, shipping, and inventory functions. Ability to use basic Excel functions, email, and label-printing tools. A responsible, careful, dependable, and proactive approach to work. Ability to follow instructions, work independently on assigned tasks, and cooperate with the team. Willingness to participate in loading, unloading, picking, packing, and other hands-on warehouse duties. Availability to work on-site Monday through Saturday, with occasional additional hours based on operational needs. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a 3PL warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment, cross-border logistics, or Amazon FBA preparation. Experience with inventory counts, relabeling, or shipment coordination. A college degree is not required. Applicants who meet the required skills are welcome.
