Full Job Description Walnut, CA Schedule:
1:30 PM - 10:00 PM We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily shipping and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in logistics and warehouse environments, and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage picking, staging, and shipping operations Lead and support forklift drivers and warehouse associates Coordinate transportation and pickup appointments Monitor shipping performance and outbound KPIs Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures Communicate operational issues and provide shift handoff updates Assist with reporting, inventory, and warehouse performance goals
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 2 years of warehouse, operations, or logistics experience At least 1 year of supervisory experience Experience leading and motivating warehouse teams Knowledge of warehouse management systems Proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Google Sheets Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment If you are a motivated leader looking for an opportunity to grow with a great team, we'd love to hear from you!
