Duties Operate sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks to load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the warehouse Manage inventory using warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning technology, and manual tracking methods to ensure accurate stock levels Pick and prepare orders efficiently using order picker equipment while adhering to safety standards in production and warehouse operations Conduct shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation, ensuring proper labeling, and maintaining accurate records Perform equipment inspections, basic repairs, and routine maintenance on forklifts and other material handling equipment to ensure safe operation Follow OSHA safety protocols and warehouse safety standards to prevent accidents during heavy lifting or manual handling tasks Assist with warehouse distribution tasks such as load & unload operations, stacking pallets, and organizing storage areas for optimal space utilization Experience Proven experience operating material handling equipment including forklifts (lift truck), reach trucks, cherry pickers, clamp trucks, Hi-Lo's, and pallet jacks in a warehouse setting Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS), barcode scanning for logistics, shipping & receiving procedures Familiarity with OSHA safety standards related to heavy equipment operation and materials handling Strong understanding of inventory management practices and warehouse distribution processes Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory counts and order accuracy Prior experience in warehouse supervision or leading small teams is a plus but not required Demonstrated commitment to safety standards in production environments with a focus on manual handling and heavy lifting techniques Join us to be part of a motivated team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
