This is a full-time, year-round position with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule. Because our business changes throughout the seasons, you'll have the opportunity to perform a variety of warehouse, production, inventory, and order-fulfillment duties rather than doing the same task every day. What You'll Do Follow written production and warehouse procedures Pick and pull customer orders accurately Restock warehouse and production areas Assist with inventory counts and inventory control Box, package, label, and palletize completed orders Operate seed-packing and other production equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist with other warehouse and production duties as needed Physical Requirements Safely lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout the workday Stand, walk, bend, reach, and/or sit for extended periods Perform repetitive warehouse and production tasks safely and accurately What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Dependable and able to maintain a consistent work schedule Able to work both independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Comfortable asking questions and learning new tasks Able to read, understand, and communicate work instructions in English Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail Able to work accurately in a fast-paced environment Good sense of humor appreciated Why Lake Valley Seed? Starting Hourly Pay:
