PM Job Description:

Read and interpret work orders to cut wire to exact customer specifications. Operate wire‑cutting machinery safely and efficiently. Confirm measurements, quantities, and accuracy before orders ship. Organize, stage, and maintain materials in designated work areas. Assist with general warehouse operations and material handling. Follow all safety guidelines and consistently meet productivity targets.

Skills/Qualifications:

6+ months of experience in wire cutting, machine operation, construction, or similar work. Strong attention to detail and basic math proficiency. Ability to follow written instructions and work orders. Dependable attendance and willingness to work overtime. Comfortable standing, walking, lifting, and handling materials throughout the shift.

Work Environment:

Industrial warehouse setting with a tight‑knit, team‑focused crew. Fast‑paced conditions; temperatures may vary and areas may be dusty or noisy. Steel‑toe boots required.
