Category Schools - LPN Nurse Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting a medically fragile child in a school setting. This contract opportunity is ideal for an experienced LPN who thrives in a compassionate, educational environment and is ready to provide dedicated care throughout the full academic year and during June (Monday through Thursday). What we're looking for: Current, active LPN/LVN license Experience caring for medically fragile children preferred Strong clinical skills, particularly with G-tubes, oxygen management, and oral suctioning Proven reliability and punctuality in previous roles Excellent communication skills for collaboration with educators, therapists, and families Commitment to supporting a child's well-being and optimizing their learning experience Key responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one nursing care according to individualized health plans Manage medical interventions such as tube feedings, respiratory support, oral suctioning, and medication administration Monitor the child's condition and respond promptly to any health concerns during the school day Maintain accurate health records and communicate regularly with school staff and parents Support inclusion and access to educational activities as directed by the child's care team Participate in team meetings as needed to ensure comprehensive care This position offers consistent weekday hours across the full academic school year, including a unique summer schedule in June.
