$20-$23 paid weekly plus per diem and housing covered Role Summary Join a growing construction services team as a Demolition/Construction Laborer . In this hands-on role, you'll support field crews with site setup, material handling, demolition activities , and operation of equipment used in large-scale construction projects. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy physical outdoor work, value steady hours, and want to build a long-term career in construction operations. Responsibilities Assist with job site setup and breakdown, including staging materials and equipment Perform demolition work , including selective demolition, debris removal, and safe handling of demolition tools Install, move, and maintain temporary piping, hoses, and site infrastructure Work as part of a crew to safely rig up and rig down construction sites Transport materials and equipment across job sites and maintain work areas Monitor equipment and site conditions using mobile devices or tablets Drive company vehicles to inspect work areas and deliver materials Set up, operate, and monitor pumps and other construction-related equipment Follow safety procedures and ensure compliance with job site rules Shift Details 8-10 hour shifts Day shifts available Overtime opportunities Compensation & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions Weekend availability required Previous experience in demolition , construction, labor, or warehouse environments preferred Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
