Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at Harsh International, Inc. This role is essential for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving products while maintaining inventory accuracy. Your contributions will directly support our mission of delivering quality and service to our customers. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments Accurately pick and prepare items for shipment Perform cycle counts and support inventory control Use WMS/ERP systems to track inventory movement Support order fulfillment and inter-department coordination Operate forklifts or pallet jacks as needed (we'll train if you're not certified) Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized Collaborate with the production, shipping, and purchasing teams Requirements 1-3 years of warehouse or inventory experience preferred (we're also willing to consider more experienced people) Strong communication and basic literacy skills; comfortable speaking directly with customers and vendors Comfortable using computers and technology (handheld scanners, computers, or tablets) Familiarity with WMS or ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) is a big plus Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks for extended periods Strong attention to detail and reliability Team player with a good attitude and willingness to learn High school diploma or equivalent Forklift certification is a plus (not required); we'll provide training for those willing to become certified and operate warehouse equipment Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment
