Warehouse Associate

Industrial Communications West is excited to offer an entry-level opportunity in our Fort Morgan warehouse. This hands-on position is perfect for individuals eager to learn the fundamentals of warehouse operations, supply chain and inventory systems in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Responsibilities Learn and operate our inventory systems with guidance from experienced staff Assist in receiving shipments and verifying materials Process orders accurately and efficiently Pick and pack products for delivery Maintain inventory accuracy through system transactions Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe Support product delivery and staging for outbound shipments Other responsibilities & duties are subject to change to meet business needs as seen fit by the management staff. Other duties as assigned Qualifications A high school diploma or GED Must have the ability to lift up to fifty pounds, push, pull, stoop, bend and stand for extended periods of time Solid computer skills (Microsoft office inventory software a plus) Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills Willingness to learn and take initiative Reliable attendance and punctuality Effective communication and teamwork Ability to maintain certification to operate a forklift, and pallet jack (must be 18 years old) Ability to successfully pass criminal background, MVR check, pre-employment drug screen
