Job Description
For more than 40 years, Aqua-Hot Heating Systems, LLC. has been one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the recreational vehicle (RV) industry. We offer premium products that provide RV owners with exceptional comfort while saving fuel, reducing emissions, and adding real value. Job Summary We are seeking a Warehouse Material Handler that is responsible for ensuring manufacturing production lines are consistently stocked with the materials required to support uninterrupted operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining efficient material flow by organizing, replenishing, and delivering inventory to designated production areas. In addition to line‑stocking responsibilities, the Warehouse Associate supports broader warehouse functions, including assisting shipping and receiving team members with daily tasks such as unloading deliveries, preparing outbound shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position contributes to a safe, organized, and collaborative warehouse environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Replenish and deliver materials to manufacturing production lines to ensure continuous workflow and prevent shortages.
- Maintain organized inventory storage areas, including labeling, rotating stock, and monitoring material levels.
- Assist shipping and receiving teams with unloading inbound deliveries, preparing outbound shipments, and verifying documentation.
- Perform routine inventory tasks, such as cycle counts, material checks, and updating inventory records in the warehouse system.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, including pallet jacks, forklifts, or other material handling tools, while following all safety procedures. Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Familiarity with warehouse or material handling environments, including basic inventory practices
- Ability to lift and move materials, typically up to 50-75 pounds as needed
- Comfortable operating or learning to operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Basic computer skills, including the ability to use inventory or ERP systems for material tracking
- Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Energetic and positive approach to evolving changes and challenges of a fast-paced workplace
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and stringent attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
