GENERAL SUMMARY
The Warehouse Associate will perform the preparing, packaging, and shipping of the company's solar powered camera products and accessories. They will also perform the receiving of inventory and returned customer hardware.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare, package and ship all customer orders Assemble accessories and mounting hardware related to customer orders Receive inventory and ensure proper procedures are followed Receive returned customer hardware Assist with management of inventory including counting, inspections, handling Assist with QA (quality assurance) of incoming components and parts Assist the manufacturing team during high demand periods
REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in a warehouse environment Experience with following written procedures Ability to manage time and resources effectively 1-4 years of experience in a similar position Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required

PAY RANGE
(specify salary or hourly): $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
SCHEDULE
Monday-Friday 8AM-4PM with occasional overtime or other hours needed.
DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS AND OTHER COMPENSATION
Medical, Dental and Vision available. Company provides Basic Life, Short-Term and Long-Term disability. 401k with matching. Paid holidays and PTO. Eligible for bonus and company stock options.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods of time (most of the day). Moderate physical activity on a daily basis.
