This role is a dedicated and hardworking Laborer. You are responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our facility. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment while ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities / Duties Assist in loading & unloading materials & products for customers with quality & accuracy Operate basic hand tools and equipment as needed Operate heavy machinery including but not limited to Forklifts, Cranes, Saws etc. Maintain and organize inventory, reporting supply replacement needs daily. Complete load copy paperwork and submit to office daily Provide positive and professional interactions with customers and coworkers Keep yard clean; rotate inventory to maintain a first in, first out inventory fulfillment system Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous safety & improvement efforts Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE to ensure a safe working environment Required Qualifications Ability to work Full-Time M-F between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00 pm High School Diploma or Equivalent Good Customer Service Heavy Lifting Metatarsal steel toed boots Must have reliable transportation Work is mainly outdoors, including inclement weather Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team setting. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing job requirement Preferred Qualifications Ability to read and understand load tickets Forklift experience Valid Driver's License Physical Demands of Environment This position requires regular talking, hearing, and use of hands and fingers. Often standing, walking, reaching, and lifting up to 75 pounds may be required. Vision requirements include close and distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
