Job Summary We are looking for a Manufacturing Operator / Production Operator to join our team in Henderson, CO. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role supporting production, chemical processing, packaging, material handling, and warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience , strong attention to safety, good attendance, and the ability to follow detailed SOPs. Responsibilities Blend liquid, powder, and food-grade chemical products according to established SOPs. Repackage chemicals from totes and drums into pails and cases. Mix and package D-Foam products. Pull, stage, load, and receive materials and finished products. Perform bulk receiving activities following established procedures. Enter production data and print labels using the company ERP system. Assist with inventory control, batch posting, and cycle counts. Follow all company safety procedures and SOPs. Report any process issues or unexpected results to the supervisor. Participate in process and procedure improvements. Work across production, packaging, warehouse, and other operations areas as needed. Qualifications At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience . High school diploma or GED preferred/required. Forklift certification or training is a plus. Ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs. Strong organizational and decision-making skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong commitment to safety and workplace procedures. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to frequently lift and handle 50-75 pounds . Ability to bend, move, and perform repetitive physical tasks. Comfortable working around chemical products while following required safety procedures. Must be able to wear required PPE, including chemical splash goggles, coveralls, gloves, and steel-toe shoes .
