Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Receiver/Material Handler to join our production team. The Receiver/Material Handler will be responsible for accurately receiving , storing , and distributing materials, parts, and products within our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage or discrepancies. Accurately record and report any discrepancies or damages to the appropriate personnel. Sort, label, and store materials according to organizational standards. Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliation. Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner. Keep warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift heavy objects and operate material handling equipment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems. Forklift certification is a plus.
