Location:
Longmont, CO Pay:
$25.00 - $32.00 per hour DOE +

Full-time This position is responsible for launching, managing, and maintaining an onsite inventory and supply chain management program within a customer's manufacturing facility. The role serves as the primary point of contact for the customer, ensuring exceptional service, effective communication, inventory management, and successful program execution. The specialist works independently while collaborating with internal sales, operations, purchasing, and sourcing teams to build strong customer partnerships, improve processes, and support operational goals. Key Responsibilities Lead the setup, launch, and ongoing execution of an onsite inventory management program. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consultative support and exceptional service. Coordinate internal resources to meet customer requirements and ensure successful program delivery. Process orders, manage quote requests, and monitor order fulfillment activities. Track inventory levels, analyze inventory trends, and proactively address supply needs. Partner with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Support warehouse operations and related customer service activities as needed. Achieve established program performance, maintenance, and service goals. Required Skills Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building abilities. Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail. Effective problem-solving and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel. Ability to learn and navigate inventory and operational systems. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years of customer-facing experience. Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments preferred. Physical & Work Requirements Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments. Ability to stand, walk, sit, and lift materials up to 50 pounds occasionally. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for limited local travel. Must meet pre-employment screening and workplace compliance requirements. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay range: $25.00 to $32.00 per hour , based on experience. Full-time position with potential incentive opportunities.
