Job Description

Lead the floor and own the numbers at a major federal distribution center in Pueblo. Monday through Friday days, no weekends. ITM Group is hiring a Supply Technician who will also serve as our on-site working team lead at a high-volume federal distribution facility that ships hundreds of thousands of orders a year. You will own inventory accuracy from receiving through reporting, prepare print orders, build the weekly and monthly reports leadership relies on, and run the morning huddle that sets the day for a ten-person team. If you are equally comfortable counting stock, building a pivot table, and directing a day's work, this role was written for you.
What you will do:
Manage inventory end to end: receiving, processing, and coordinating material flow across a two-building campus Prepare print orders and related forms accurately and on time Build weekly and monthly inventory and financial reports in Excel from system data Run cycle counts and annual inventories; research discrepancies to the root cause and fix them Maintain records and standard operating procedures Serve as working team lead: run the daily production huddle, coordinate assignments and coverage, and be the go-to contact for the on-site government representative What you need: At least 3 years of experience in inventory, supply, or warehouse operations High school diploma or equivalent Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis (we will ask you to show us) Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail Working knowledge of inventory management and discrepancy resolution Nice to have (not required): Prior lead or supervisory experience Experience with Oracle or other enterprise inventory systems Experience working on a federal contract or government site What we offer: Set weekday schedule: Monday through Friday, day shift between 6:30 AM and 3:00 PM All federal holidays off Flexible medical, dental, and vision plans; disability and life insurance options A lead role with real responsibility on a multi-year federal contract Additional details: This position is contingent upon contract award, with an anticipated start in fall 2026. Selected finalists will be asked to provide a resume for inclusion in our proposal, sign a letter of intent, and may be interviewed by the government customer. Employment requires passing a drug test, physical examination, fingerprinting, and a federal background investigation, and the ability to obtain a public trust clearance.
