Full Time Warehouse & Inventory Runner Schedule:
7:00am - 3:30pm
M-F Benefit Eligible:

Non-exempt, eligible for OT The Warehouse & Inventory Runner is responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory movement, and delivering materials between departments and external locations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining production flow through timely, safe, and accurate material handling. Operate a forklift to load, unload, and move materials throughout the plant and warehouse Operate a box truck and pickup truck with trailer locally in Pueblo Colorado to and from the Plant to the local warehouse, and travel to Denver Colorado. Perform inventory transactions including receiving, stocking, picking, and cycle counting Transport materials and products between departments and to off-site locations using a box truck Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all movements Assist with staging materials for production and shipping Conduct routine inventory checks and report discrepancies Ensure materials are properly labeled, stored, and handled to prevent damage Support shipping and receiving activities as needed Communicate effectively with production, shipping, and leadership teams regarding material needs. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

Must pass an MVA within 30 days of employment. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Prior Forklift operating experience. Experience driving a box truck for material transport. Strong understanding of inventory processes and controls. Comfortable working in a warehouse and production environment. Good communication and problem-solving abilities. Physically able to stand, walk, lift up to 75lbs, reach, and handle materials regularly. Strong attention to quality, safety, and productivity. Dependable and punctual with a willingness to work extended hours as needed.
