is a growing business to business advertising company founded in 2004 with a focus on helium-free plastic balloon products to promote B2B attention. We ship orders all over the world! All orders are customized and packed to client preference and therefore we are searching for more employees to assist with this special attention oriented process. We have low turnover and most in this position grow within the company. Warehouse Operations & Shipping Associate Job description:

• Read orders carefully and pick items to be packed and shipped. Accuracy is important.
• Produce FedEx or Freight labels
• Pack products accurately and sufficiently to avoid damage in transit
• Account for incoming receivables and stock items
• Update inventory
• Keep warehouse and grounds in a clean and organized fashion
• Prepare products for future sale

• Product Processing:

  At times we also need assistance with our processing of used balloons which involves sorting, inspecting, washing, repacking and storing the product.

• Hours:

  Full Time Monday
• Friday (this is evening shift 3:00PM-11:30PM)
• Immediate start
• This position for the right person may roll into a future Customer Service, Sales, Management or other position within if desired.
• Benefits after 6 Months of employment.
• 15 Days PTO after 6 Months and increases annually Warehouse Operations & Shipping Associate

REQUIREMENTS

• 2 Years of warehouse or Customer Service work
• References from past 3 employers should be made available
• Ability to lift 70 lbs
• Forklift experience / OSHA Certification a plus
• Computer knowledge in typing and all Microsoft Office products
• Valid Drivers License with no major past offenses
• Ability to pass a drug test-Clear criminal record
• Ability to work together as a team
• US Citizen Status (I-9)
