Carpenter Lead

Carpenter — Denver Metro | $22-$28/hr We are hiring an experienced Carpenter to support multi‑family and multi‑unit building projects. You'll lead carpentry work from framing through final trim, supervise temporary labor, and ensure high‑quality results on active construction sites.

Responsibilities:

Rough and finish carpentry (framing, millwork, cabinetry, trim) Rigging, safety installations, backing/blocking Daily task planning and execution Supervising temporary workers Punch‑list completion and quality checks Collaboration with site teams and other trades

Requirements:

3+ years commercial carpentry experience Strong rough + finish carpentry skills Ability to manage work from start to finish Safety‑focused and reliable

Preferred:

Leadership experience Experience on hospitality, housing, multi‑family, K‑12, higher ed, or federal projects Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Thornton, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
