Our managers all started on the sales floor What You'll Actually Do This is a professional sales role working directly with homeowners. You will help them understand window upgrade options and guide them through the process.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Meeting with 2 to 4 homeowners per day Identifying comfort and efficiency problems in the home Presenting clear upgrade options and project recommendations Supporting the customer from the first conversation through installation Weekly coaching and training sessions help you sharpen communication, product knowledge, and closing skills.

Earnings and Career Path First Month:

$5,000 to $8,000

Established Sales Reps:

$12,000 to $20,000+ per month

Sales Leadership:
