Full-Time About the Role Join a rapidly growing manufacturer of access control hardware as a Warehouse Associate. This hands-on position focuses on picking, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and supplying production teams with materials needed to keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Accurately pick and move inventory throughout the warehouse Load and unload trucks, pallets, and shipments Prepare and organize outbound and inbound shipments Supply materials to production teams Assist with inventory counts and inventory control activities Safely operate pallet jacks Update inventory information using computer systems Support warehouse operations in a fast-paced, evolving environment Qualifications Required 1-2 years of warehouse experience Shipping, receiving, and inventory control experience Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift/move materials regularly Experience operating pallet jacks Strong attention to detail Basic computer skills Preferred Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems Cycle count and inventory auditing experience Lean Six Sigma or continuous improvement experience Why Join Us? Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $47840.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
