Weekly perfect-attendance bonus Job Summary We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Mattress Unloader to join our bedding distribution center in Bloomfield, Connecticut. This is a highly physical position that requires unloading, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy mattresses and other bedding products throughout the workday. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting and working at a steady pace in a warehouse environment. Responsibilities Unload mattresses and bedding products from delivery trailers. Lift, carry, stack, and move heavy mattresses throughout the day. Place products in designated warehouse locations. Inspect products for visible damage during unloading. Maintain an organized and safe work area. Follow all warehouse procedures and safety requirements. Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Qualifications Must be able to lift and move heavy mattresses repeatedly for an entire shift. Must be dependable, punctual, and committed to consistent attendance. Must be willing to perform physically demanding work. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, and pull throughout the workday. Previous warehouse or unloading experience is preferred but not required. Must be available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay of $17.00-$19.00 per hour, based on experience. Weekly perfect-attendance bonus.
