Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and flexible Warehouse & Operations Associate to join our team. Pick & Pack / Order Fulfillment is a key part of this position , especially during busy periods. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in multiple areas of the company and interested in learning new skills. Pick & Pack / Order Fulfillment Pick customer orders using invoices and organize books by order number. Sort, verify, and prepare orders for shipment. Pack orders and transfer completed packages to the shipping area. Move books and materials between carts, shelves, and work areas. Push and pull carts that may weigh 150+ pounds . Assist with order fulfillment during busy periods. Additional Responsibilities Depending on experience and training, employees may also: Receive, open, and organize incoming shipments. Stock and organize warehouse materials. Learn to operate a forklift . Eventually operate the company's box truck . Assist the Maintenance Director with general maintenance tasks. Perform data entry and basic office tasks . Work in multiple departments as needed. Qualifications Valid driver's license preferred. Warehouse, pick/pack, shipping/receiving, or order fulfillment experience is a plus. Forklift experience is a plus. Maintenance experience is a plus. Basic computer/data entry skills or willingness to learn. Dependable, flexible, and willing to learn multiple job functions. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, kneeling, and lifting. Ability to push/pull carts weighing 150+ pounds .
